Terms & Conditions

Welcome to XgenLink, operated by TechNexusGen (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the XgenLink website, dashboard, public profiles, NFC products, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use XgenLink. By using the Service you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits, Referrals & Payments

  • Every new account receives 10 welcome credits.
  • Referrals: when a friend signs up using your link, both of you receive 10 bonus credits (one-time, per referred account).
  • Credits can be purchased via Razorpay (currency: INR). All payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
  • Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside the Service. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts (no login for 24 months) may forfeit unused credits with prior email notice.

4. NFC Products & Orders

  • Orders for NFC cards, rings, keychains, and similar products are paid using credits.
  • Once placed, an order enters the production queue. Custom uploads are reviewed for compliance.
  • We deliver only within India unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from order placement.
  • If we cancel an order before shipping, the credits are fully refunded to your wallet automatically.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates third-party rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Send spam, run automated scraping, or attempt to break security mechanisms.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The XgenLink platform, branding, code, and original content are the property of TechNexusGen and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Custom Designs

When you upload a custom artwork for an NFC product, you confirm that you own (or have obtained all necessary rights to use) that artwork. You indemnify TechNexusGen against any claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party material.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Razorpay, Amazon Web Services S3, Google (OAuth and Firebase Analytics), and Gmail SMTP. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNexusGen and XgenLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for legal/regulatory reasons. Outstanding credit balances may be forfeited if termination is for cause.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
