XgenLink (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by TechNexusGen. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our digital identity platform, NFC products, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: name, email, username, password (hashed), Google OAuth profile (where applicable), profile image.
• Profile content: bio, job title, company, social links, custom links, profile theme.
• Usage data: profile views, link clicks, event RSVPs, leads captured, and basic device/browser data via Firebase Analytics.
• Order & payment data: shipping address, contact phone, items purchased, order status, and Razorpay payment identifiers (we do not store card numbers — these are held by Razorpay).
• Communications: support emails, OTP codes, and other messages you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, operate, and personalise your XgenLink profile and dashboard.
• To process credit purchases, NFC product orders, and fulfilment.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, OTP, order updates) via Gmail SMTP.
• To provide analytics, measure performance, and improve the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Amazon Web Services S3 (image storage), Google Firebase (analytics), Gmail SMTP (transactional email).
• Legal authorities: when required by applicable Indian law, court order, or to protect our rights.
• Public profile content: anything you save on your public XgenLink profile is visible to anyone who has the link.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@technexusgen.com; we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and Firebase Analytics cookies to understand product usage in aggregate. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure — you remain responsible for keeping your password and devices safe.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@technexusgen.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
